BUILDING STRONG LEADERS
Alain Hunkinsconnects the science of high performance with the applied practice of the art of Leadership.
A lifelong student of human behavior and high performance, Alain Hunkins speaks, trains and coaches CEOs, executives, managers, and front-line employees.
Through 20 years of field experience, Alain believes the key to leadership success starts with a client partnership and identifying desired outcomes.
Born into the third generation of a family of professional musicians, Alain started playing the violin at the age of five, and went on to perform at Carnegie Hall on his 13th birthday with the Youth Symphony Orchestra of New York. His interest in performance moved from music to theater during his undergraduate studies at Amherst College.
After postgraduate work at the National Shakespeare Conservatory, Alain went on to earn his M.F.A. in Acting Performance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s acclaimed Professional Theater Training Program, and was immediately hired into the resident acting company of the Irondale Ensemble Project, one of NYC longest running off-Broadway theater organizations.
Alain first developed his facilitation skills while working as an artist in residence and Educational Consultant in New York City. Since then, he has spent 20 years as a facilitator, designer and consultant with Eagle's Flight, a global leader in leadership development and behavior change.
Alain has worked with corporate clients in every major industry. Over the course of his career, Alain has designed and facilitated seminars on numerous leadership topics, including teambuilding, conflict management, communication, peak performance, innovation, engagement, and change.
When it comes to designing and delivering programs, Alain knows that corporate leaders want one thing: simple, practical tools that work back on the job with their teams. All of his keynotes and training programs are built around this core foundation.
Alain lives in Northampton, MA with his wife and two children.
